Homemade Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

I am sooo happy! I've just invented my very own spaghetti sauce and we all LOVE it! I've had several homemade sauces but this is awesome! I just had to share it!

2 pounds ground beef
1 teas. Oregano
1 teas. Parsley
1 teas. Onion Salt
1 teas. Italian Seasoning
1 Tbls. salt
Splash of red cooking wine

add all of these ingredients to your pan and brown the beef.

Then add the following ingredients

1 big can of crushed tomatoes
1 small can of mushrooms or fresh whatever you prefer
3 Tbls of sugar
Voila! Yumminess! In this picture I made it with mushrooms and peppers leftover from kebabs for lunch for an added zing!

I've also made the sauce without the ground beef and poured it over a roast in my crock pot and cooked it for 3 hours on low heat. Then I took the roast out and sliced it up and let it simmer another hour. It was delish! Sam even made sandwiches with the leftovers! (Leftovers are usually left for me to sustain myself so that was a big deal for Sam to eat them!)
